4. Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is attempted but fails due to customer absence, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
